We currently do not offer shipping, but hope to one day in the near future. Due to hefty additional cost to ship heavy furniture, we feel it’s in our best interest (and our buyers’) to only offer local-to-Columbus, Ohio delivery and pick-up at this time. This community will be the first to know when shipping options become available!
Local Delivery
When you purchase an Offsett Creative piece, we will confirm with you our expected production time. Once the piece is created, we will then coordinate a delivery or pick up time.
Returns
Because Offsett Creative items are made-to-order for specific buyers, and often custom created pieces, our products are nonreturnable. We strongly suggest remaining confident in your decision to purchase one of our pieces!
